Registration

Registration fees and the registration form will be published here soon.

Registration fees

To be announced. Early registration deadline: 31 March 2027.

The registration fee covers coffee breaks, lunches, the social programme and the electronic pre-proceedings. The Springer proceedings are published after the conference.

Papers and registrations

  • Each accepted paper has to be covered by the registration of one of its authors, who presents the paper in person at the conference.
  • A regular registration covers up to two papers; the second paper is charged an additional 50 €.
  • A student registration covers one paper only.

On-site conference

RiE 2027 is an on-site event. Remote or hybrid presentations are not possible – this applies also when a visa is not granted in time. Please plan your travel and visa application well in advance.

Visa letter request

If you require a visa letter of invitation from the conference organizers, please tick the appropriate box during the online registration.

Please note:

  • It is the conference policy to issue visa letters of invitation only to speakers, authors, committee members and attendees who have paid the registration fee in full.
  • We can provide a visa letter of invitation for the conference only. No other kind of documentation will be provided for visa applications. The organizers will not issue any letter of sponsorship or letter of guarantee; it is the participants' sole responsibility to obtain such documents.
  • It is strongly recommended to check the entry and visa requirements before making travel arrangements, as there might be country-specific conditions. For the most accurate information please contact the embassy or consulate of the Czech Republic in your home country.
  • The conference will not refund anyone for cancellations due to visa rejections or the participant's inability to enter the country, and a visa rejection is not a reason for remote participation.
  • The organizers cannot change the decision of any embassy, consulate or other government department, nor will they appeal on behalf of the applicant. All questions regarding the status of your visa should be directed to the embassy or consulate.

Photographs and personal data

Photographs and videos may be taken during the conference and used to document and promote RiE. Personal data provided in the registration are used only for the organization of the conference.
